Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our kitchenware and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item, our hassle-free returns policy ensures your culinary journey remains uninterrupted.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Return request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Aprons (personal hygiene considerations)
  • Casual Glasses, Champagne Glasses, Cocktail & Liquor Glasses (sanitation reasons)
  • Bakeware, Baking Pans & Sheets (food safety concerns once used)
  • Cutlery & Knives (safety and hygiene considerations)
  • Bar Tools, Baking & Pastry Tools, Cooking Utensils (hygiene reasons once potentially used)

Exception: Non-returnable items can be returned if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us immediately if this occurs.

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, contact our customer service team at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Product name and quantity you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Photos if item is damaged or defective

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Instructions for returning your item
  • Shipping address for returns

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Step 4: Processing

Once we receive your return, our quality team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days. We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete.

Refund Information

Refund Timeline

  • Credit Card Payments: 5-7 business days after return approval (processing time depends on your bank)
  • PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days after return approval

Deductions

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns not due to our error, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange Process

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will process a refund instead. For size or color exchanges, we will ship the new item once we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund.

International Returns

Customers outside the United States are responsible for:

  • All return shipping costs
  • Any customs fees or import duties
